NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed September 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050292 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOAN SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and VEOPRASEUTH BOUNNONY A/K/A VEOPRASEUTH BOUNNONG A/K/A BOUNNONG VEOPRASEUTH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 73, 74 AND 75, BLOCK 1525, UNIT 17, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 TO 38, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, RESTRICTION, EASEMENTS OF RECORD AND TAXES FOR THE CURRENT YEAR. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT NOW, NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN THE HOMESTEAD PROPERTY OF THE GRANTOR(S). IT IS ALSO NOT CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY OF THE GRANTOR(S).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
