NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed September 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-070562 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank. NA. as Trustee for Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2007-HE2 Trust, Plaintiff and Ryan D. Glynn a/k/a Ryan Glynn and Angela Glynn, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, February 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit no. 201, building 900, the carriage homes at bell tower park, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 4031, page 981, and as amended, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
