LOPEZ DELGADO, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, NINA NAYLETH LOPEZ A/K/A NENA NAYLETH LOPEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
