NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 27, 2012, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-054678 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS C. LONGENDYKE; BONNIE S. LONGENDYKE; HERONS GLEN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH NATIONAL CITY BANK; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 26 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 948, HERONS GLEN UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGES 1 AND 2, of the public records of lee county florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
