BUSH; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F/K/A PROVIDIAN NATIONAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). LOT 86 AND 87, BLOCK 246, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 10A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
