Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 28, 2013,, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 31, 32, AND 33, BLOCK 4792 UNIT 71, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22 PAGES 88 TO 107, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORD OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
