Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 28, 2013,, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 3272, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 TO 26, INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
