NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-9891, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and STEWART MOULDS, DIONE M. MOULDS, ISLAND PARK VILLAGE, SECTION II, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., JOHN DOE and JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO 21-A, ISLAND PARK VILLAGE, SECTION II, A CONDOMINUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1671, PAGE 3061, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND COMDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 210, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
