NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 14, 2012 by the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Unit No. 402, Building B, Phase I, of SEMINOLE ISLE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 137, pages 90 through 121, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14469, Page 877, as amended and restated in that certain Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 16159, Page 2391, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 31, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
