NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order for Writ of Possession dated September 13, 2012, entered in the above styled case, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ELLENA DZHONSON and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of October, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
Unit 3, Building 4, SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., PHASE 1, a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15 pages 60 through 67, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4081 page 1235, and any and all amendments attaching thereto, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
