NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-010521, DIVISION: 011, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICiAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE8 is Plaintiff, and ALEXANDER JAMES MORELLS F/K/A ALEXANDER J. BROOKS A/K/A ALEXANDER JAMES BROOKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDER JAMES MORELLS F/K/A ALEXANDER J. BROOKS A/K/A ALEXANDER JAMES BROOKS N/K/A RACHEL MORELLS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
Ken Burke, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of October, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION - SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
