NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 6th day of November 2012, at 10:00am www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT “D”, BUILDING 12, THE MOORINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 42 THROUGH 54, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR. BOOK 4948, PAGES 1533 THROUGH 1600, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OR. BOOK 6412, PAGE 1138, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
