NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005643 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of April 1, 2006 Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-NC3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC3, is the Plaintiff and Alice K. Bookman, Michael J. Bookman, Wilshire Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
