NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-002491-CO-41 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CUMBERLAND TRACE PROPERTY OWNERES ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and DAVID L. GOUDY, JR.,and REGIONS BANK are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 26, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 4 of CUMBERLAND TRACE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 127, Page(s) 49 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
