NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, entered in Case No. 12-001719CI SEC 8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Sun Trust Bank is the Plaintiff and Joan Richardson; Unknown Spouse of Joan Richardson; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 1, POINT TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
