Condominium Unit No. 48, Building B-36, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT FORTY-TWO, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4583, page 2120, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Page 104, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 31st day of October, 2012 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
