NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014791 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Brian Futterman are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NUMBER C-103, BUILDING C, RUSTLEWOOD AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 46 THROUGH 51, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 48; IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 63, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 120, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4665, PAGE 132, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
