NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 28, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
Apartment No. 309, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM #4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 55 to 59 inclusive, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium of SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM #4, recorded in Official Records Book 3504, Pages 482 to 578 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 2nd of November, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
