OLIVARES; TENANT #1 N/K/A CARLOS RAMIREZ, TENANT #2 N/K/A JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ, and TENANT #3 N/K/A JUANA RAMIREZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on October 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
