BOOK 5040, PAGE 1272, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO ADD PHASE III, IN O.R. BOOK 5070, PAGE 1302, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
