NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-003770, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INCORPORATED is the Plaintiff and MARK F GILLHAM; WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STEPHANIE R GILLHAM; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of October, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, REVISED PLAN BOONE'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 12 AND 13 OF SAFFORDS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST PETERSBURG PINELLAS CO FL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
