That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 301, Building 1239, of Sunshine Terrace, A Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium of SUNSHINE TERRACE, A CONDOMINIUM as recorded in O.R. Book 5688, Page 940, and the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 9 through 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on Robert L. Tankel, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1022 Main Street, Suite D, Dunedin, Florida, 34698, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
