NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.

Unit 307, Building A, CRYSTAL BAY, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 8683, page 642, and re-recorded in Official Records Book 8693, Page 32 and amendments recorded in Official Records Book 8693, Page 177; Official Records Book 8872, Page 1619; Official Record Book 8683, Page 786 and Official Records Book 15202, Page 2184, and all amendments, as recorded and Condominium Plat Book 115, Pages 1 through 40, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
