NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 09-21740-CI-07, Companion Case with: 10-7537-CI-21, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash through an on-line sale conducted at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
