NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 11 2012, and entered in Case No. 09020768CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and DANIEL L. WILDE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL L. WILDE IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; FIRST BANK F/K/A COAST BANK OF FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, BENGER'S SUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
