NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-010858, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2002-3 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-3 is Plaintiff and TERENCE TYSON; JOANNE TYSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WILLOW POND PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND 10A OF WILLOW POND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
