NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08016569 ci-19, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSR 2006-0A1 is Plaintiff and EMILIA ROJAS AKA EMILIA C. ROJAS; LEONARD ROJAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, FSB; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5215A, BUILDING 26, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14741, PAGE 2148, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
