TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE GRANTOR'S RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING BETWEEN THE EXTENDED LINES OF LOT 20 OF VIRGINIA PARK AND BETWEEN VIRGINIA DRIVE AND WARE'S CREEK, WITHOUT WARRANTY.
and commonly known as: 1830 VIRGINIA DRIVE, BRADENTON, FL 34205; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on NOVEMBER 2, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
