NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 7361, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and CATHY J. FENSKE; TERRACES 3 OF TARA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TERRACES OF TARA COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 18th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, TERRACES 3 OF TARA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1328, PAGE(S) 1807, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY; AND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 144 THROUGH 147, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
