YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a foreclosure action has been filed against you by Plaintiff, LNV CORPORATION, a Nevada corporation, seeking to foreclose a mortgage-lien interest in the real property more particularly described as:
PARCEL 1:

The following described property in T.R. Easterling Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 152, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida: Lot 12, South 10 feet of Lot 13, LESS the East 114' thereof; Lot 14, LESS the East 114' thereof; Lot 15, LESS the West 20' thereof and subject to Easement Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 526, Pages 68/70, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; that part of Lot 21 lying North of the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 22 of said Plat, subject to the easement appearing in O.R. Book 526, Page 68/70 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Together with:

Lands lying Southerly of a 6' high chain link fence in Lot 9, T.R. Easterling Subdivision, Plat Book 1, Page 152, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Being more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 9, of said T.R. Easterling Subdivision, thence East along the South line of said Lot 9, a distance of 29.37 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence North 05°58'24” West, a distance of 2.69 feet; thence North 83°27'26” East, a distance of 62.45 feet; thence South 05°58'24” East, a distance of 9.84 feet to the South line of said Lot 9; thence West along said South line of said Lot 9, a distance of 62.79 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying and being in Section 25, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida.

PARCEL 2:

All of Lot 8 and the North 10.00 feet of Lots 11 and 12, Block D, Florida Avenue Park, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 8 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Stephanine M. Martin, Esq., Esquire, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 101 E. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 4000 Tampa, Florida 33602, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
