NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002678 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR14 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and , LEE W. BUCKand UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SAM DIXON are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF BLOCK 51, WHITFIELD ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 20 IN SAID BLOCK 51; THENCE NORTH 67°3'10” E, 135 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 22°58' W, 128 FEET; THENCE NORTH 67°3'10” E, 23 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF A PARCEL CONVEYED TO RAIBOURN BY DEED RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 198, PAGE 308; THENCE DUE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID RAIBOURN PARCEL, A DISTANCE OF 160 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF MENDEZ DRIVE; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID R/W, 185.37 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
