NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008122, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. AURORA BANK FSB is Plaintiff and BARBARA J. DANIELS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA J. DANIELS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FOUNTAIN LAKE ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A LOUGH ERNE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-103, LOUGH ERNE SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1000, PAGE 1519, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
