LOT 7, LESS THE SOUTH 50 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 5, CLARK MOUNTS RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE LLOYD ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 322, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
