NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 009609, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR2 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and THERESA E. DEMARCO A/K/A THERESA E. DEMARCO-STEVENS; DONALD W. STEVENS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; STATE OF FLORIDA; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; are defendants.
