NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003951, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2005-OP1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OP1 is Plaintiff and VINCENT J. RABURN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VINCENT J. RABURN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; IBERIABANK SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CENTURY BANK, FSB; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 37, MAGNOLIA MANOR, RIVER SECTION SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST , ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF TROPICAL DRIVE, 352 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EAST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 436.15 FEET; WEST 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 436.15 FT TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
