NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-005815 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. COMPTON; CHARLENE COMPTON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 31st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
