NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2012 CA 000651 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 19th day of October, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEING AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 12, OF RE-SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF TWIN CITIES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE WEST 50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 121.53 FEET; THENCE EAST 50`; THENCE NORTH 121.6` TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
