NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure file September 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2009 CA 001513 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 30th day of October, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 35, Holiday Heights, Second Addition, as Per Plat Thereof Recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 27, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
