notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 25, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-004365 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Angel Barrios and Amada A. Vega, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., October 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 3, NAPLES MANOR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
