NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-0003398 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-C, Plaintiff and Juan A. Valladares are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on October 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 33, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 84 AND 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
