NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-1481-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WEST WIND
ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOHN MCNAMARA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN MCNAMARA; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE N/K/A MIKE MCNAMARA and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 171 of WEST WIND MOBILE ESTATES, a Condominium,
according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 630, Page 1883, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
