NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007286, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and LINDA M. GADEMAN A/K/A LINDA MARION GADEMAN, TRA-VIGNE' CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA M. GADEMAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 22nd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
