NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010389 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO J MILAN, ADALBERTO GARCIA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49 AND 50, CRAIG'S SUBDIVISION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
