Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida; We will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit 204, Building 23, FAIRWAYS AT PAR TWO, a Condominium, Together with an individual interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1046, Pages 187 through 282 together with said condominium's share of the common elements appurtenant thereto, as Amended from Time to Time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 4287 27th Court SW, Naples, FL 34116, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on October 24, 2012 at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
