Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-2779 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and NELSON RAFAEL CRUZ; DIANA MARIE DECORAH CRUZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the atrium, 1st Floor, Collier Cty Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on October 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 169, UNIT 5, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 117 THROUGH 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
