Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CC-1943 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block U, Quail Creek, Unit Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 74 through 77, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with that Portion of Tract G, Unit One, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block U, Quail Creek , Unit Two, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 74 through 77, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County Florida, thence South 49Ëš 42' 00” East along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1, Block U, Quail Creek, Unit Two, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 74 through 77, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, for 215.43 feet to the Northerly Right of Way of a fifty foot (50') wide Roadway (Pond Apple Drive); thence Northeasterly along said Right of Way along a curve having a radius of 450.00 feet, a central angle of 2Ëš 36' 31” a chord bearing of North 41Ëš 36' 16” East for 20.49 feet ; thence North 49Ëš 42' 00” West along a radial line of 215.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along a curve having a radius of 235.00 feet, a central angle of 5Ëš 00' 00”, a chord bearing of South 42Ëš 48' 00” west for 20.50 feet to the Point of Beginning. (“Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
