Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 1, of Town View Villas Condominium, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in OR Book 3135 page 1440 - 82 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and subsequent amendments thereto.
The improvements thereon being known as 375 3rd Avenue S. #1, Naples, FL 34102
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the hour of eleven o'clock a.m. on the 24 day of October, 2012, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale per section 45.031, florida statutes.
