NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0900004CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-14, is Plaintiff, and KEITH A. PERRY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 1 OF REGENT PARK REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
