TORKELSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; NAPLES FOUR WINDS, INC.; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A T.E. UNIT NO B-16, OF FOUR WINDS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 855, PAGE 979-1016, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
