notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 28 day of September, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY the Plaintiff, and rhonda j. zollner, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
UNIT 3601, PHASE 36, THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2594, PAGE 1409; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND, LYING BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 24 day of October, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
